The merger of ePals with In2Books that was announced today should be of interest to educators seeking ways to integrate reading and technology in the classroom. ePals, an early entrant into student safe email and blogging that I’ve worked with at Scholastic and as a business development consultant, had been penetrating the US school market slowly and this may help them pick up the pace.
