The experience I've gained producing and directing has been immense, the lessons invaluable and remarkably applicable the work we do today.

From hiring and managing teams of tens to hundreds of creative and technical people I learned a lot about creating a positive, effective work environment, and about working cross culturally, multi-nationally and virtually -- before the term was commonly used. It was also a lot of fun. Enjoy:
