Unquestionably the largest project that I’ve managed, bringing Scholastic’s Book and Software Clubs online meant integrating legacy system for ordering by phone, mail and fax that batch-processed orders overnight, and keeping those orders in synch with a real-time web-facing. system, while changing the ordering experience as little as possible.
